New Item Blitzes

During the “New Item Blitzes” RDM representatives will:
- Check in with store management upon arrival
- Ensure that all new items are “cut in” to the section
- Dust, straighten and front all products
- Ensure that all shelf tags are installed
- Verify all items are on the shelf and identify “out of stocks”
- Take digital photos of all displays & sections
- Discuss all issues with store management
- Report all activities on-line the day of the activity
- The RDM management audits & tracks all activities daily
- Communicate important information to Clients
