During the “New Item Blitzes” RDM representatives will:
  • Check in with store management upon arrival
  • Ensure that all new items are “cut in” to the section
  • Dust, straighten and front all products
  • Ensure that all shelf tags are installed
  • Verify all items are on the shelf and identify “out of stocks”
  • Take digital photos of all displays & sections
  • Discuss all issues with store management
  • Report all activities on-line the day of the activity
  • The RDM management audits & tracks all activities daily
  • Communicate important information to Clients
